Andorra is consolidated as the world's gastronomic capital Pyrenees, with the fourth edition of the ANDORRA TASTE, the congress broadens its view of the Alps with a inviting territory, delving deeper into culinary diversity and exploring new perspectives of Alpine cuisine.
Andorra Taste is the international gastronomic event of reference that will take place during the 17th to the 21st of September in Escaldes-Engordany, with the participation of a hundred Michelin stars chefs and other recognitions. Four days of work for professionals and for all the public is focused, through gastronomy, on aspects such as identity, sustainability and the projection of high mountain territories.
The greatest references of the gastronomic world are returning to Andorra: El Prat del Roure d'Escaldes-Engordany will once again host the professional presentations of the congress, with sessions dedicated to the culinary identity of the region, sustainability, territorial cuisine and innovation. Together with Ferran Adrià, Francis Paniego, Oriol Castro and many others.
