Andorra becomes the world gastronomic capital of the high mountains, with the third edition of ANDORRA TASTE, where it has been based on local gastronomy as an identity, with the Nordic countries as guests under the motto "Altitude versus Latitude": International chefs and unique proposals.

The Andorra Taste is the leading international gastronomic meeting that takes place from September 18th to 22th in Escaldes-Engordany, where a hundred professionals with Michelin stars and other recognitions from all over the world will be welcomed. Four days of conferences for professionals and for all audiences where aspects such as identity, sustainability and the projection of high mountain territories will be discussed, through gastronomy.

With more than 31,000 attendees in the previous edition, many companies have enjoyed this event and the gastronomy of the most prestigious chefs in the world such as Carme Ruscalleda, or Elena Arzak (Arzak Restaurant), and at a national level some restaurants and chefs of whom are partners of the Andorra Convention Bureau.
