From September 16 to 20, the fifth edition of Andorra Taste, the international gathering dedicated to high-mountain gastronomy, will take place. This year, the congress broadens its focus to France as its guest territory, delving into its culinary diversity and exploring new perspectives on Alpine cuisine.

The event will also bring together renowned chefs from the Alps and the Pyrenees, as well as representatives from other leading culinary regions such as Catalonia, the Sierra de Guadarrama, Castilla-La Mancha, Andalusia and Roussillon.

With this edition, Andorra Taste further consolidates its role as an international meeting point for reflecting on how territories build their identity through cuisine and on the role that fine dining can play in preserving natural, cultural and food heritage.

The world’s best chefs return to Andorra: The Prat del Roure in Escaldes-Engordany will once again host the congress’s professional presentations, with sessions dedicated to culinary identity and territory-based cuisine.

Guest territories and international speakers

• Riccardo Gaspari, Emmanuel Renaut, Julian Stieger and Iris Jordán. They represent some of the most renowned expressions of contemporary French Alpine and Pyrenean cuisine.
• Vivien Durand and Dennys Teixeira. They bring a perspective focused on sustainability, biodiversity and working with local producers.
• Manolo Franco and Iván Cerdeño. They champion inland landscapes as a source of gastronomic identity.
• Juanlu Fernández. He demonstrates that tradition can evolve without losing its roots.

• Paco Roncero. He opens the debate on how innovation can enhance the value of products and territories.
• Audrey Doré. A French sommelier with an outstanding international career, she explores a way of understanding wine as an expression inseparable from the landscape and gastronomy.
