FIS FREERIDE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS ANDORRA 2026

9 January 2026

Andorra will host the first FIS Freeride World Championships by Mammut.

From February 1st to 6th, 2026, in Ordino Arcalís (Grandvalira Resorts). This is a historic milestone, as it marks the first time freeride has held a World Championship under the auspices of the FIS.

After more than a decade as a host of the Freeride World Tour, Andorra is solidifying its position as an international benchmark for the discipline, bringing together the best freeriders in the world.

Unlike the usual circuit, the world champions will be decided in a single competition, with one run per athlete, across four categories, and with the participation of 66 athletes from 17 countries.

An opportunity to demonstrate how Andorra and major events combine perfectly.
