Andorra Taste is the first international meeting for high-mountain cuisine and from 14 to 18 September will bring together around a hundred or so professionals from mountain regions worldwide. For five days, cuisine will be the focal point for discussing, explaining, and defining aspects such as identity and sustainability, and raising awareness of high-mountain regions.
